Personal Device Security
Security products for the protection of data against unauthorised access on PCs, Notebooks, PDAs, Smartphones and in networks. (encryption of hard disks, files, folders and external devices, access control, strong authentication and integrity control, biometrics, multi-user encryption). The core competence of this business units is secure mobile computing.

• Transaction Security
  Security solutions on the basis of own technologies for trustworthy business processes and administrative procedures in the electronic world. These technologies include telecommunications management systems, hardware security modules, public key infrastructures (PKIs), PKI-based applications for authentication and encryption and digital signatures.
• Partnerships
  Utimaco entered into technology partnerships with Aladdin Knowledge Systems, Citrix Systems, Microsoft, Miotec, Oberthur Card Systems, Omnikey, O2, Precise, Siemens, Setec, VoiceTrust and Xcellenet. In Germany Utimaco Safeware has more than 30 certified sales partners (system integrators, consultants, VARs). IBM is a worldwide reseller of Utimaco´s SafeGuard Easy and SafeGuard PrivateDisk solutions.
